The Todd Gulinson Team has been a strong Supporter Of Phoenix Children’s Hospital and has raised his entire office to Miracle Office Status by his teams donations alone. They have a third charity where they will be contributing to research to help people avoid blindness and vision loss by giving to the Retina Research Foundation of America where Todd is a supportive member.

He has an I.R.E.P. designation – designed to help agents sell homes that are not for sale on the open market — oftentimes getting cash buyers to compete against one another — enabling his sellers to get a strong cash offer. He also is a military relocation specialist.

Todd Gulinson will pay a portion of his commission at closing to Children’s Miracle Network in honor of his buyer or seller and the friend or family member who refers them. He has contributed so much to Phoenix Children’s Hospital that in 2019 he made his entire office a Miracle Office single handedly.

Todd also contributes money to the Retinal Foundation of America — striving to help find a cure for the blind. He is also on the board for the foundation.

Finally, he contributes funds to an emergency vet clinic to help those wonderful often neglected furry members of the family.
