01First 30 Days
Prior to your home being on the market, we ensure that it’s best features are highlighted with our professional photographer. We’ll tease it’s arrival to our buyers in waiting as well as your neighbors to create a buzz.
02Photography
We hire a professional photographer to capture your home’s most beautiful features. (exception of off-market investor photography) Included in this packet is a photography checklist, please review and make adjustments so we can take the best photos possible.
03Communication
We prefer to speak to our clients on a regular basis. Please let us know how often you would like check-ins, as well as what type of communication works best for you, (ex: call, text, only before 6 pm, only after 8 am, etc).
04Going Live

We always request the prospective buyers to provide up to at least 3 hours notice, however please know that is not always possible. Please facilitate showings when possible by turning lights on and stepping out for a moment. Sales is a number game, the more showings we facilitate, the better our chances.
