Not only did you sell it for the highest sale price of its kind in the area, but you sold it for $40,000 more than what was offered by an online company. You also got us $30,000 more than a very similar home that sold just before ours.We had seen advertisements from one of the firms claiming they will buy our home as-is for cash.
